Supplementary Retirement Plan for Public Service Managers

The Supplementary Retirement Plan for Public Service Managers (SRP) was established on July 1, 1999. The Plan provides additional pension benefits to public service managers of designated employers who participate in the Management Employees Pension Plan (MEPP) and whose annual salary exceeds the yearly maximum pensionable earnings limit under the Income Tax Act.
