FAQs from Employer Training

When warnings are approved, where can I review them?

All messages entered when approving warning are stored in the "Public Validations reports" generated from the processing of the Data Collection. You can always review these reports to ensure that your staff are entering appropriate approval messages. Ultimately, APS is giving control of the data to you. We trust that you will develop internal processes to verify any information that triggers a warning

Can employers access Member IDs for their employees when they are asked for them?

Yes. When you search for a member in the Member Profile, there is a field displayed in the search results called "Ariel ID"". This is the new Member Identifier. You can supply it to your employees if you are asked, or you can direct them to contact the Member Services Centre, as you do now.

Sincerely,
Troy Diakow
