Careers

Why Work at APS?

APS is made up of hardworking, respectful and talented individuals who understand and invite diversity into their workplace. Our employees bring expertise in financial, business, communications, technology and client service to the table every day.

By incorporating engagement activities throughout the year, we continue to strengthen our corporate culture and maintain a positive work environment for our employees.

In recent years, APS employees have participated in the following committees, celebrations and events:

  • Annual employee recognition
  • Employee-led corporate culture committee
  • Charitable activities
  • Edmonton Corporate Challenge
  • Employee appreciation events
  • Peer-to-peer values-based recognition program
  • Educational opportunities

We are pleased to offer a flexible work environment for most of our employees. This means most employees have the option to work from home, work in the APS building, or participate in a hybrid scenario that combines working from home and working in the APS building.

Whether working from home or in the APS building, employees are equipped with the latest tools and technology, which allows for consistent communication with coworkers and the people we serve while maintaining comfort and essential ergonomic support.

Our southwest Edmonton building includes the latest in innovative design to ensure virtual and in-person connectivity. There is limited on-site parking for employees and access to bus routes in front of the building. It's a workplace and work environment worth taking a look at!
