APS is committed to transparency, good governance, and fiscal responsibility. Effective January 1, 2013, APS will post travel, meal, and hospitality expenses for members of the Board of Directors and APS executives. These disclosures will be publicly accessible online quarterly by the end of the following month following each quarter (April 30, July 31, October 31, and January 31). Expenses will remain posted for one year.
